Haypark Business Centre has two designated Meeting Rooms for up to 12 people, to provide tenants and non-tenants with an ideal venue for meetings, interviews, auditors etc.
The Meeting Room can be hired on an hourly, half-day or daily basis. The charges are £10 per hour, £20 per half day and £35 per full day for tenants. £15 per hour, £35 per half day and £50 per full day for non-tenants. Tea, coffee, fresh water and biscuits are complimentary with all bookings.
Other services that we can provide to compliment your meeting include a range of secretarial services. Lunches can also be organised to suit your requirements. These services are available at an additional charge. Our highly trained staff ensure an efficient and courteous service is given to you and your clients at all times.
